Recipe Vanilla ice cream with black truffle shavings
- 160 gr milk
- 160 gr cream
- 65 gr sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- ½ sheet of gelatin
- 50 gr of Black Truffle Nero di Cognaro
Boil the milk and the cream with the vanilla and sugar. Add glue previously soaked. Pour into ice cream maker and make the ice cream.
Serve the ice cream in a crispy waffle, pour a wire topping chocolate, and finish the dish with black truffle petals.
